I don’t know if you are conscious of how the environment has an effect on you, I didn’t realise this because of how I grew. I still wasn’t aware of the environment effect until I started being attentive to myself. I read this book “Outliers”. This book actually drew my attention to what the environment can do to us in our lives. It can be positive and it can be negative.
